Christmas at Ambers....

The kids and I went to Amber's house for Christmas dinner...It was nice (as usual) she made a delicious ham and a few other yummys...Big James had to work so she made him a doggie bag which I am sure he will enjoy...James and Demetrious,being the cool cousins that they are played with the younger kids for a few hours down stairs...It was a "Nerf" war...Then they broke out the Wii and it was on...like "Donkey Kong".... We had a great time...Thanks Amber...we love and appreciate everything you do!!!!

Cottonwood's Football Banquet 2009

James and I went to the football banquet on Tuesday night... I have to say last years banquet was not emotional at all but since James and myself decided to be very involved with the team this year it was an emotional night... I didn't realize that the coaches and the players are truly our second family. James has some very good coaches...Sam is probably my favorite...I think he reminds me of my dad and Sam and James are very close...

Matt's visit over the Thanksgiving break...

Carri flew Matt out to Utah over the Thanksgiving break....We had a blast while he was here... Even though Matt and James are complete opposite they are the best of friends and enjoyed their time together...Big James nicknamed them "Shadow" and the other "Shadow"....

SDSU vs Uof U

Big James and I had the privilege to hangout with James up at the Universtiy of Utah as a college possibility. We were able to walk around the field,meet the coaches and watch the game. It's very hard for me to think that I have a son old enough to sign with a college next year... I know his dream is to play at Texas but UCLA is very persistent!!!!

This coming summer he will attend a football camp in Georgia were all the big Southern college recruiters will be there...Good thing his dad his flying down with him...James then will head out for a few more camps in California and Utah...

Halloween 2009

Thank Heavens Demetrious finally decided what to be for Halloween...He couldn't decided between Micheal Jackson, Mr.T and Obama.... Well I found a mask for 60% off and Obama it was...

Demetrious,Day and myself drove over to Amber's chapel and did "Trick or Trunk" and we had fun... I couldn't believe how many people wanted to pose with Demetrious...Toooooo funny....

Day was of course a Cottonwood Football player...

James rushed home at the U of U's half time to get his body painted blue for the "Monster Mash" at school... The four of them are Disney charters which by the way was very hard to come up with a custom for James... So last night we joked with Courtney and said that Ariel and the Genie ran off together...

Gardner Village

Friday afternoon Amber and I took the kids to Gardner Village... Demetrious found the "Girl" of his dreams... He said "Mom she kinda looks like you"!!! I love Demetrious he is so honest...if you look closely she does...

Girls Night Out

Sisters,cousins and friends....

Friday night was Rebekah's turn for our monthly GNO... It was a blast....we had dinner at Pei Wei and then a night of bowling...A few of us "Sucked" and being the wonderful sister I am...I asked the young man to raise the bumpers up only on Amber's turn... I think her self esteem for bowling went up a tad...I love when we all get together...and Friday we were missing half of our group...
